L’UNION AFRICAINE (UAHJ) AUX 5èmes RENCONTRES AFRIQUE – EUROPE DES HUISSIERS DE JUSTICE
Sur invitation du Président de l’Union Internationale des Huissiers de Justice (UIHJ), Maître Marc SCHMITZ, le Président de l’Union Africaine des Huissiers de Justice (UAHJ), Maître Alain NGONGANG SIME, a pris part aux 5èmes Rencontres Afrique – Europe des Huissiers de Justice qui se sont déroulé les 12, 13 et 14 juin 2019 au Centre International de Conférences de Kintélé de Brazzaville, au Congo.
Placées sous le très haut patronage de S.E.M. Dénis SASSOU-NGUESSO, Président de la République du Congo, Chef de l’Etat et sous le thème : «Exécution transfrontière : vers un titre exécutoire africain ?», ces Rencontres ont été conjointement organisées par l’Union Internationale des Huissiers de Justice (UIHJ) et la Chambre Nationale des Huissiers de Justice du Congo (CNHJ Congo).
La cérémonie d’ouverture officielle des travaux était présidée par le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre du Commerce et des Approvisionnement en lieu et place de Monsieur le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement de la République du Congo, empêché.
Au terme de deux jours d’intenses et riches travaux, des recommandations ont été formulées et adoptées par les participants venus d’Europe mais essentiellement d’Afrique…
En prélude à ces Rencontres, un séminaire de formation UFOHJA sur le thème : «Immunité d’exécution dans l’espace OHADA», magistralement animé par le Directeur Général de l’Ecole Régionale Supérieure de la Magistrature (ERSUMA), le Professeur MAYATTA N. MBAYE, a eu lieu le mardi 11 juin 2019 dans la salle de conférences du Ministère de la Justice du Congo.
Il convient de souligner la présence remarquée à ces Rencontres de Brazzaville, de deux membres du Bureau de l’UAHJ : Me Rosine ZONGO BOGORE, Vice-présidente et Me Jean Baptiste KAMATE, Secrétaire Général.

THE AFRICAN UNION (UAHJ) AT THE 5th AFRICA – EUROPE MEETINGS OF JUDICIAL OFFICERS
At the invitation of the President of the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ), Mr Marc SCHMITZ, the President of the African Union of Judicial Officers (UAHJ), Mr Alain NGONGANG SIME, took part in the 5th Africa - Europe Meetings of Judicial Officers which took place on the 12, 13 and 14 of June 2019 at the International Conference Centre of Kintelé in Brazzaville, Congo.
Placed under the very distinguished patronage of H.E. Dénis SASSOU-NGUESSO, President of the Republic of Congo, Head of State and with the theme: "Cross-border enforcement: towards an African enforcement writ?", the Meetings were jointly organized by the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ) and the National Chamber of Judicial Officers of Congo (CNHJ Congo).
The official opening ceremony was presided over by the Minister of State, Minister of Commerce and Supply in place of the Prime Minister, Head of Government of the Republic of Congo, who was unable to attend.
After two days of intense and rich work, recommendations were formulated and adopted by participants from Europe and principally from Africa...
As a prelude to the Meetings, a UFOHJA training seminar on the theme: "Immunity from Enforcement in the OHADA area", masterly led by the Director General of the Regional Higher School of Magistracy (ERSUMA), Professor MAYATTA N. MBAYE, took place on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in the conference room of the Ministry of Justice of Congo.
It is worth noting the presence at the Brazzaville Meetings of two members of the bureau of the UAHJ: Me Rosine ZONGO BOGORE, Vice-President and Me Jean Baptiste KAMATE, Secretary General.
The next session in 2022 is anxiously awaited!!!!

A UNIÃO AFRICANA (UAHJ) NA 5ª REUNIÃO ÁFRICA - EUROPA DOS OFICIAIS DE JUSTIÇA
A convite do Presidente da União Internacional de Oficiais de Justiça (UIHJ), o Sr. Marc SCHMITZ, Presidente da União Africana dos Oficiais de Justiça (UAHJ), Sr. Alain NGONGANG SIME, participou no 5º reunion África-Europa de Oficiais de justiça que ocorreram nos dias 12, 13 e 14 de junho de 2019 no Centro Internacional de Conferências Kintélé em Brazzaville, Congo.
Colocado sob o alto patrocínio de Sua Excelência o Sr. Denis Sassou-Nguesso Negação, Presidente da República do Congo, Chefe de Estado e sob o tema "Execução Transfronteiriça: rumo a um executável Africano", estas reuniões foram organizadas conjuntamente pela União Internacional de Officiais de Justiça (UIHJ) e a Câmara Nacional dos Oficiais de Justiça do Congo (Congo CNHJ).
A cerimónia de abertura oficial foi presidida pelo Ministro de Estado, Ministro do Ensino Superior, em lugar do Primeiro Ministro, Chefe do Governo da República do Congo, impedido. Depois de dois dias de trabalho intenso e rico, as recomendações foram formuladas e adotadas por participantes da Europa, mas principalmente da África ...
Como prelúdio a estas reuniões, um seminário de formação sobre "Imunidade à Execução no Espaço OHADA", conduzido magistralmente pelo Director Geral da Escola Superior de Magistratura Regional (ERSUMA), Professor MAYATTA N. MBAYE, teve lugar na terça-feira, 11 de junho de 2019 na sala de conferências do Ministério da Justiça do Congo.
Vale a pena notar a presença de dois membros do Bureau da UAHJ no encontro de Brazzaville: o Sr. Rosine ZONGO BOGORE, Vice-Presidente e o Sr. Jean Baptiste KAMATE, Secretário Geral.
Fortemente a próxima edição em 2022 !!!
