COMMUNIQUE - Participation de l'Union Africaine des Huissiers de Justice (UAHJ) aux 7èmes Rencontres Afrique-Europe des Huissiers de Justice à Alger

Dans le cadre du renforcement de la coopération entre les professions d' huissiers de justice en Afrique et en Europe, l' Union Africaine des Huissiers de justice (UAHJ) a  pris part aux  7èmes Rencontres Afrique Europe des Huissiers de justice, tenues à Alger en République Algérienne Démocratique et Populaire à l' hôtel  El Aurassi.

L'UAHJ y était représentée par sa Présidente, Maître Rosine BOGORE/ZONGO à qui un accueil particulièrement chaleureux a été réservé à son arrivée.

Placées sous le très haut patronage de Son Excellence Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE,  Président de la République Algérienne Démocratique et Populaire, ces rencontres ont réuni des représentants de trente-cinq (35) pays autour du thème , "l' évolution du rôle des huissiers de justice dans la société".

Dans son intervention, la Présidente de l' UAHJ, a salué l'hospitalité légendaire algérienne, rappelé les objectifs ayant présidé à la création de l' Union et souligné la contribution de l' Algérie depuis 2010, à la naissance de l' Organisation. Elle a également insisté sur l'importance de la formation et des nouvelles technologies dans l' évolution de la profession tout en réaffirmant la disponibilité de l' UAHJ à accompagner les initiatives de la Chambre Nationale des Huissiers de Justice d' Algérie dans ce domaine. Elle a enfin annoncé que l' Algérie abritera le prochain Congrès de l' UAHJ. Les travaux se sont achevés par une soirée de gala marquée  par la remise de distinctions à plusieurs personnalités algériennes ayant contribué à la création et au rayonnement de l' Union à travers la remise de trophées de reconnaissance. Un trophée a été de ce fait remis au Président Mohammed Ridha DAHMRI, un trophée a été également décerné au Président Marc SCHMIT pour son engagement en faveur du partenariat entre les deux institutions.  

L’ UAHJ se félicite du succès de ces assises qui participent au renforcement de la coopération internationale et à la valorisation du rôle des huissiers de justice dans la société et  salue l'œuvre du Président Alain Gabriel NGONGANG qui a permis à la jeune organisation, de compter aujourd'hui parmi les organisations représentatives de la profession.

As part of strengthening cooperation between the judicial officer professions in Africa and Europe, the African Union of Judicial Officers (UAHJ) took part in the 7th Africa-Europe Meetings of Judicial Officers, held in Algiers in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria at the El Aurassi Hotel.

The UAHJ was represented by its President, Maître Rosine BOGORE/ZONGO, who was given a particularly warm welcome upon her arrival.

Held under the high patronage of His Excellency Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE, President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, these meetings brought together representatives from thirty-five (35) countries around the theme, "The evolution of the role of judicial officers in society".

In her address, the President of the UAHJ praised Algerian hospitality, recalled the objectives that led to the creation of the Union, and highlighted Algeria's contribution since 2010 to the establishment of the Organization. She also emphasized the importance of training and new technologies in the evolution of the profession while reaffirming the UAHJ's willingness to support the initiatives of the National Chamber of Judicial Officers of Algeria in this area. She further announced that Algeria will host the next UAHJ Congress. The proceedings concluded with a gala evening marked by the presentation of distinctions to several Algerian personalities who contributed to the creation and influence of the Union through the presentation of recognition trophies. A trophy was thus presented to President Mohammed Ridha DAHMRI, and a trophy was also awarded to President Marc SCHMIT for his commitment to the partnership between the two institutions.

The UAHJ welcomes the success of these meetings, which contribute to strengthening international cooperation and enhancing the role of judicial officers in society, and commends the work of President Alain Gabriel NGONGANG, which has enabled the young organization to now rank among the representative organizations of the profession.
