COMMUNIQUE DE 20ème SESSION DU CONSEIL DE DIRECTION TENUE A CACABLANCA-ROYAUME DU MAROC

Les 28 et 29 janvier 2026 s'est tenue à ONE HOTEL CASABLANCA au Royaume du Maroc, la 20ème Session du Conseil de Direction en marge duquel, une journée de formation a été organisée "sur la vente aux enchères".

Vingt (20) pays membres de l' Organisation ont effectivement pris part aux assises :  l' Afrique du Sud, le Bénin, le Burkina Faso, le Cameroun, le Congo Brazzaville, la Côte d' Ivoire, le République Centrafricaine,  l' Ouganda, le Gabon, la Guinée, la Guinée Bissau, l' Ile Maurice, le Maroc, le Niger, le Rwanda, le Sénégal, la Tunisie, le Tchad, le Togo, le Zimbabwé. Ont également pris part, des partenaires invités notamment l' ERSUMA représenté par son Directeur Général et le Service Fédéral des Huissiers de justice de Russie.

La cérémonie d’ouverture a été marquée par trois allocutions. L’ordre du jour comprenait quatorze points dont la cérémonie de passation entre le Président sortant et la Présidente entrante.

Les participants ont réaffirmé leur engagement à accompagner l' organisation dans la réalisation de ses objectifs,  et ont décidé à la majorité, de l' augmentation des cotisations des Etats membres.

 

La journée de formation s'est ouverte le 29 Janvier sous le thème "la vente aux enchères". Les intervenants venant de toutes les zones d' Afrique ont partagé leurs expériences. Les communications ont été d' un très haut niveau à la satisfaction des participants. La cérémonie de clôture intervenue dans la soirée a été précédée de la présentation du Rapport de synthèse

Deux activités sont prévues en 2026 : Un Colloque au Royaume du Maroc en Mai 2026 et un autre en Octobre 2026 aux Iles Maurice.

Les participants ont salué la mobilisation exceptionnelle enregistrée et la qualité des communications. Ils ont, par ailleurs, remercié le Royaume du Maroc, et l' Ordre National des Huissiers de justice pour l' accueil chaleureux et  la parfaite organisation.

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE 20TH SESSION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD IN CACABLANCA, KINGDOM OF MOROCCO

 

On January 28 and 29, 2026, the 20th Session of the Board of Directors was held at ONE HOTEL CASABLANCA in the Kingdom of Morocco, on the sidelines of which a training day was organized "on auctions".

Twenty (20) member countries of the Organization actually took part in the meeting: South Africa, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Côte d'Ivoire, Central African Republic, Uganda, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mauritius, Morocco, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, Chad, Togo, and Zimbabwe. Invited partners also participated, including ERSUMA, represented by its Director General, and the Russian Federal Service of Bailiffs.

The opening ceremony featured three speeches. The agenda included fourteen items, including the handover ceremony between the outgoing and incoming Presidents.

The participants reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the organization in achieving its objectives, and decided by majority vote to increase the contributions of the member states.

The training day opened on January 29th under the theme "Auctions." Speakers from across Africa shared their experiences. The presentations were of a very high standard, to the satisfaction of the participants. The closing ceremony, held in the evening, was preceded by the presentation of the summary report.

Two activities are planned for 2026: A Colloquium in the Kingdom of Morocco in May 2026 and another in October 2026 in Mauritius.

Participants praised the exceptional turnout and the quality of the communications. They also thanked the Kingdom of Morocco and the National Order of Judicial Officers for the warm welcome and flawless organization.
